Don’t suffer any longer.
In 2001 I was working as a chef in an Enniskillen hotel. I developed back pain, simple things triggered my back pain, like just lifting lettuce from the sink, or stooping over to lift a plate from the hot cupboard. A fellow chef recommended a kinesiologist who he had seen for his back pain, so I booked an appointment.
I was assessed standing and then she put me up on a plinth. It was my first time to have kinesiology and I felt she didn’t do much. Its not like physiotherapy, chiropractic, sports massage or bowen therapy. Its gentle she just held my arm and tested it and then held points on my feet or head.
I was sore for a day or two after and then it was great. No more back pain!. I have never had back pain since.
I had another session a few years later for a Frozen shoulder , my shoulder muscles were really tight. I tried a few things but again kinesiology was what worked for me I then went on to train in Kinesiology and continue to study advanced courses.
